The last time I came the service was phenomenal. I ordered the smothered chicken and I just wanted to say thank you to whoever cook it. They did an amazing job. I also remember that my brother had ordered something that he didn't get and we asked our waiter and they were able to get it for us without much of a delay. I highly recommend going to this restaurant for anyone who wants to experience great food.

We have never been treated so disrespectfully. The lady (if you can call her that) that checks you in was pure rudeness. We were celebrating my sons 19th birthday and had a party of 11. We were hoping to be seated close by at least but she would not even consider it. She kept telling us no, no, no can’t do. I understand it’s hard to accommodate a big party, but common Wednesday night?? Without even trying? We were very patience with her and ask her for different ideas but she could not even level with us… very disappointing. We asked to speak to a manager but we could immediately see the lack of leadership as well. No wonder the service is so low. This restaurant needs a huge do over in the customer service department! Will never come back.

Great service and great food. This location lives up to expectations. Sunday had very little wait. Steak cooked perfect, tender with a lot of taste. Nothing to complain about here

We have been to the Bountiful location only twice. And both experiences were pretty awful. The first time I’m pretty sure the host didn’t tell the server we were there because we were there waiting for forever for just some waters. And then when we ordered it took another while which is understandable during a dinner rush. But the server messed up on our orders twice. Which the manager handled really well. But still took about two hours to get our food and eat. The next experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any food establishment. A little bit after we got our drink. This thing in the picture below FELL INTO MY CUP. Good thing I saw it before I took a swig. We told our waitress and she just took the cup and didn’t apologize or anything. I can’t even drive past without gagging now. We will not be coming back.
