Be fair warned , don't waste money on the extended warranties they are selling , they have made the process of utilizing them so cumbersome that it is almost impossible to utilize the warranty. Extremely disappointed, lesson learned I will never purchase those warranties again.

Sold my car to LHM last Friday, still waiting on the check. Not sure why it takes a week considering that I have traded in cars and not waited on a title. Lost my business after years of being loyal to the dealership.

I received an email from LHM Bountiful, UT that it was time to get a routine brakes checked so as I always comply, I scheduled an appointment for it. Today on 1oct 2022 at 11am I took my 2022 jeep in. Not more than 20 minutes later I get a call form LHM service member named Anthony with an unfriendly sarcastic tone saying " why are we being in your vehicle with 4000 miles on it? I responded" because the LHM service required email I received said I needed to. Anthony responded you don't need to bring it it with only 4000 miles on it. ( Like I was a dumass) he needs a huge lesson from service member Jeremy Evans who remembered me by name and apologized for Anthony. Jeremy is your only member that knows how to treat a customer. I would think LHM service department would know if I needed any brake service due at 4000 miles or not a save me a trip and attitude. This isn't the first inconvenience my wife and I have had to deal with regarding the bountiful jeep dealership. Just another bad experience.
