I needed to return an item I bought. As any responsible person would do, I looked on the receipt to check how long I had to return the item. There was NO DATE specified on returning merchandise within a certain window. When I went to go return the item the customer service rep told me that there was a 90 day return policy. I asked her where it said it on the receipt and she went to go ask the head supervisor. The head supervisor couldn’t even find it on the receipt. I was told that it’s posted “on the return desk”. That’s a little late to notify someone when they’re standing there to return an item! The supervisor even said that it would have been smart to have it on the receipt… but they don’t. I will drive the extra several miles to use their competitor over coming to lowes again.

Purchased a new whirlpool fridge that had been returned and had its compressor replaced. It didn’t worked one hour before failing again! It was repaired ( after I purchased another one to replace it.) and sat in the hallway for a year. Now nobody will take responsibility! Not Lowes, not Whirlpool and not Service by Paul! I will never purchase whirlpool again!

I love Lowe's compared to other big box stores. The layout is great and carry whatever you need. Staff is very friendly and offer assistance instead of having to wander around the store having to look for help.

I love Lowe's. They have clean organized stores with a broad selection of home improvement products. They don't always have the lowest price but they will happily price match. They are also community focused. When my son was working on an eagle project Lowe's graciously donated/discounted some of the materials for the project (while other large home improvement stores wouldn't). I've been a loyal customer ever since.
