Nothing Bundt Cakes

The cakes are so yummy but the girl working this evening was so rude. She rolled her eyes when I asked if she had any more of the white chocolate and raspberry bundt cakes. I asked for a chocolate chip bundt cake and she gave me a chocolate chocolate chip bundt cake. When I asked for the original chocolate chip cake she told me it was gluten free and wouldnt sell it to me. She didn't even ask if I wanted a receipt and just dismissed me to help the next person in line. I will not be back.

What I appreciate the most about this store is the owner's personal, sincerity to ensure that ALL of the customers in the store have the best possible experience. I had a situation that I would consider extremely rare just based off my impressions of the store, and I wrote in about the experience. The owner was very prompt to address my concern, contacted her team, took full responsibility, and will provide coaching for the situation. She truly did do an exceptional job to ensure that my experience would be the best it possibly could. The store is VERY clean, put together, and the staff was incredibly polite and friendly. Seriously, the owner's sincere response and resolution to a situation with just unfortunate timing was first rate, and I gladly endorse her leadership and her store. The most delicious dessert you can buy! This store has incredibly friendly staff too. I left my credit card here the day I was moving states and the store took the time to mail me the card. Very kind people, definitely recommend supporting this business!
