Stayed last Friday night. Rooms were clean, price was good. -The beds are horribly worn out and soft. After travelling all day and night, couldn't get to sleep. Tossed and turned all night with back pain. -Finally got to sleep around 7am. At 9am, The housekeeping guy was banging loudly (not knocking) on our door. I bolted out of bed, not sure what was going on. Check out time IS 10am---- he decided to bolt us out of sleep for who know why at 9am... -Told him we were still sleeping----- he was back at 945am banging on the door again. Some things are great about this place, but when we need sleep (because of their beds)--- we won't be coming back. There's different options in Livingston...

Cutest hotel I’ve ever been. Super clean, amazing view from the window, flawless check in, and overall great experience. I had to work until 2 so they let me check out late and then provided me with the cutest office until I finished work. The man who checked me in was extremely polite and helpful. Cant recommend this place enough!!!!

Me, my husband and grandson took a two week road trip (MN, Iowa, Nebraska, Colorado,New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming). We had stayed in many hotels and motels. Livingston Inn was by far the best place we stayed in every state! It was the best sleep we have had in two weeks. The cleanliness and decor of the room was great! The staff were welcoming and very friendly. It was late when we checked in and we were greeted with a friendly smile and in the morning the staff cared how our stay was. Very personable. The price of the room was inexpensive. It was well worth the stay!

Our family of 3 loved our 1 night stay here! Excellent price, extremely clean room, comfortable beds, nice bath towels. I appreciated the complimentary shampoo & conditioner in the shower since I forgot to pack mine! Very quiet stay even though it's close to a busy road.
