I brought a riding Craftsman lawn mower from Livingston Ace and it needs adjustment/repair. Ace has decided not to service these lawn mowers anymore. ie: Ace does not necessary service what they sell.

With so many hardware stores in our little town, sometimes you can find what you need cheaper (but usually similar priced or even more expensive) at Kenyon Noble, True Value, or even Riverside. What I like about ACE is the ease of finding what I want online to see if it's in stock before I drive down to the store. I realize the other stores also have ways to check and see if what I need is in stock; However, ACE's website is super easy to use, the items that it says are in stock are really in stock, if they don't have it here they will get it from Bozeman, Billings, or a distribution center usually the next day. The loyalty points add up pretty quick for our household. The best part is the knowledgeable and readily available employees on hand to help me, from the warm welcome as I walk in to the person who eventually helps me after I declined their initial help bc I am a middle aged man so I tend to think I know more than I do. Returns are easy, the store is clean and organized.... I can't think of anything I don't like about the store- maybe that they don't have the tool selection and lumber yard of Kenyon Noble, they don't carry my furnace filter like True Value, or they aren't within walking distance like Riverside? Still the best hardware store in Livingston.

I was having a hard time operating a snow blower that I purchased last year. My mom went to Ace and explained what was happening. They followed her home and showed both of us how to safely operate it. Ace Hardware Rocks and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
