Positive: The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Water pressure was excellent and the water was hot. Negative: The bathroom was filthy. We cleaned it ourselves. A face cloth was dirty and should be put into the rag bag. One of the comforters had 3 stains. (Sheets were clean) floor was dirty. (Found trash under the bed) Breakfast was limited, bread and cereal.

Positive: Location is great and the rate was resonable Negative: The bathroom had been smoked in and there were stains on the bed covers which detracted from the cleanliness. The door safety latch was broken off. The check-in process did not go well as the clerk could not tell that I had already paid for my reservation

the room was very small with two queen beds, that tipped to one side when sat down or laying down, causing us to nearly fall off every move we made, which was not so great with my 2 year old toddler. The location was quiet, and the parking was fine. walking distance to McDonald's, 3 gas station's and Grocery store. The AC/Heater didn't keep the room as warm as hoped while adjusted to the highest setting's so we had to provide our own blanket's. The room it's self was clean, and so was the lobby, & hallway.

I ultimately could not stay here. The motel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, weed, and wet dog. The trim on the walls and doors was visibly dirtied, there were mysterious stains all over the carpet, and the entryway to my room was covered in duct tape. The front desk workers were wearing what looked almost like hospital scrubs. They seemed to be really kind people and so I was hesitant to even leave this review but the smell combined with that honestly made me feel a bit queasy. I have stayed in plenty of 2 star motels and have been happy with my experience. I was not looking to stay at the Ritz-Carlton, but I was hoping for a clean environment with some mindfulness paid to the ambiance. Standard hotel attire and some air fresheners probably would have largely accomplished this. I think these are small changes that could make guests experience at this hotel a bit more positive.
