Brandie, the technician that helped me with my CT went above and beyond. My paperwork stated that I needed Contrast with my CT, she stated that was not the case when unusually when doing a CT on the foot. She stopped and then contacted the doctor to verify the orders. She was correct, contrast was not needed, and saved me time and hassle. 5 starts all the way!

New patient and new to Texas. Comfortable and clean atmosphere. Welcoming and warm attitudes with efficient work ethics. Other days had no long wait times. But one day in particular I arrived 1 hour early because I completed other appts. North Star's schedule allowed me to be seen earlier than I expected and I appreciated it very much since I had to fast. Although it's a 45 minute backroad drive from my home it is worth it because the staff is great. I wish I would've come here 1st before Touchstone, a lesson learned. Snacks are provided after appointments.
