My wife had an appointment with the doctor so I stopped in to buy a coffee. The oatmilk latte was excellent and ambience and vibe is relaxed, clean and inviting. I ended up buying coffee beans to make at home.

Thank you to the barista today whom I gave a tip to but decided not to call my name but drop my drink on the seat next to me and walk away. The cappuccino was not hot as well.I will think before I come back here:(

My mother and I came to Parker Square specifically for Hive Bakery, and after our amazing experience at Hive, we decided to grab some coffee to go at Edison. As we were ordering our coffee we were rudely told, “NO outside food or drink.” We were taken aback as we never planned to eat our Hive Bakery goodies at Edison—we had ordered coffee to go. The rude gentleman taking our order was so concerned about us eating the Hive cupcakes in the coffee shop that we had to go back to the counter TWICE because he couldn’t get the order correct. I looked around the coffee shop and notice almost every table had personal drinking cups/ water bottles. That is by definition “outside food and drink.” I have no problem following an establishment’s rules, but to be told not to do something we weren’t doing in the first place, ie. we didn’t open the cupcakes, didn’t sit down at a table, and never even mentioned eating the cupcakes at the coffee shop. It was a bizarre experience. I wish we had turned around and left after being talked to like that. Customer service is important and kindness will keep people coming back. We will not be back.

How is it : Ok!! Loved the coffee but it was not HOT , may be I should have requested it to be Extra HOT while giving the order. anyway - next time I will order with extra HOT as I loved the taste of the coffee (I ordered lumberjack ) :) @Edison Coffee CO, thank you very much for reaching me for this one, As mentioned above, I love the coffee and will visit the coffee house again soon :)
