This is by far one of the most beautiful communities I have ever seen. The mature trees are not something regularly comon in any development and the ones here are gorgeous. The attention to detail on the homes is amazing including the large decks, brick skirting and concrete drives. The staff is very helpfull and made sure to ensure our families needs were met. Truely a one of a kind place to call home.

We bought our home almost 8 years ago and we loved it here. It was a beautiful community with beautiful trees and it was so quiet. New management came in and they are cutting all of the trees down and packing in so many homes. No more privacy. There is not even stop signs at each intersection, it's crazy how many people almost get in accidents because of it. Wouldn't recommend this place anymore.

We do not currently have any homes available for rent. We do however have several homes placed here by various dealers that are ready to move in and are very affordable. The lots that the homes are on are for rent.

It really only got bad 1-2 times during cat 5 hurricanes the entire 21 years my family has lived there. But as far as regular storming, the bayou is wonderfully efficient.

Hi Fernando! The high school for this neighborhood is Klein Oak High School. "Klein Oak High School employs 223 teachers, who have been with the school an average of 8 years. The teachers average 13 years of experience in teaching. The school currently has 3,685 students with a student to teacher ratio of 16.50 S/T. The special education division has 29 teachers assisting it. Klein Oak High School also employs 17 education aids."
No amenities however it's not your average Mobile Home Community. It's the Woodlands of Mobile Homes.

It has never flooded in the 3 1\2 years we've lived here. We live in the back section, after the bridge and it hasn't even come close. There's a reservoir and they also keep the gutters clean
