The local red cross chapter might could give you resources. Local churches and maybe social services.

Can you donate 2 pints of blood per donation

Not whole blood. Only 1 pint, unless you are donating power red, which means they only take your red blood cells. The process once on the machine is about 20 to 25 min. They REALLY need O types and will take all negative blood types.
