Yeah I recommend having one of your party members go sit at the bar early and that will make it somewhat of a "reservation"

I would definitely call them they are so accommodating so friendly and such a good staff that person I couldn't see why not but definitely call speak to their manager it's such a fantastic place and it has so much pure atmosphere is just hard to describe

Yes on the northbound. Note that what looks like an entry closest to the restaurant is not an entry. You need to enter after the restaurant exit and come back to restaurant. As the entry close to restaurant is exit only to the feeder road.

Don't risk it, they aren't accommodating even if you are willing to wait as they don't do reservations despite the conflicting willingness of the staff. There are other places near by with equal food and less busy.
