I love the way MJ is so personable, the homes are large and spacious. The homes are large and the neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance has improved. I found a copperhead snake in my back yard that animal control removed but it appears that this is going to be a problem since the creek is a few feet away. Hopefully the owners will take care of it.

The PM is very dishonest, I lived there on site and I had a horrible experience, maintenance was order to shut off my water for no reason, and without warning, when I inquired to why it was turned off, he stated manager told him to, I contacted the water company they explained that they did not authorized anyone to disconnect my service I went and now receiving legal help, To add insult to injury, this is how my unit looked when She transferred me from one unit to another I did call, complained but nothing was done, they are very dishonest. Maintenance doesn’t do his job , he is very lazy. The photos speaks for itself,

Absolutely love this community! MJ is extremely helpful, sweet, and always answered any questions/concerns I had! She made the move-in process extremely easy and fun. The community itself is clean and beautiful. Dog friendly! My unit is amazing, good backyard, very spacious rooms and closets. Any issues inside the home they are more than willing to fix in a timely manner, maintenance personally introduced himself when I picked up my keys. Love love my new home! Thank you MJ & maintenance team!
