I lived here the past year and enjoyed it. Concerns I had they worked on fixing. Moved in and out during the COVID-19 pandemic which had done effects but overall was a great place and highly recommend.

I've been interested in this place for a while. I like it's proximity to downtown. I drive past on my way home from work. Lately, I've been noticing a lot of homeless traffic around the main street. Not a deal breaker, it is close to downtown so it's expected. But the other day, I saw a homeless guy digging through the garbage bin in the gated parking areas. I parked for a while to see what he was doing. Apparently, he had a camp set up next to one of the buildings. I could see trash every where. Not sure what is going on, but I am thinking twice about moving there.

After reading reviews, discouragement came upon me. Reason being, no one seems to be moving out which means I will not be able to move there because of no vacantcies. 😥😪😫😢😭😭😭

Yes there is a waiting list so if your looking to move in it's best to go to the office a d sign up on the waiting list it took me almost 1yr 5 months to get in.
You have to come to the office and sign the waiting list form.
