DO NOT MOVE HERE NO MATTER HOW MUCH MONEY YOU WANT TO SAVE If I could rate this place as negative 100 I would, I wouldn’t even give it one star. Originally told me I could move in March of 2022 but it ended up being April of 2022, and they didn’t waive any of the fees. Infestation of Roaches Many Wasps in the ONLY walk way in between two buildings Everything breaks I hate living here I should’ve read the reviews but at the time this was the only apartment available in March in the area I wanted. They don’t care about their residents. I’ve complained so much that at this point I just stopped.

It takes 14 days to get paid. How you going to give a 10 day notice about my car’s registration and then tow it now causing me to miss work. So I can’t pay that and bills now because this roach infested place. I HATE THIS COMPLEX!!! Wouldn’t even give it 1 star

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My son was about to sign a lease for his apartment. When we entered the leasing office, one of the ladies said "are you ready to sign lots of forms"? We said we would like to see apartment before signing. They both were perturbed and said we had to hurry. Mind you it was 530 pm and they close at 6 pm. I understand wanting to get off work on time. It was a good thing we checked out apartment. Infested with roaches in the kitchen sink (we were only able to take a picture of a few roaches because they scattered quickly), roaches coming out from under the cabinets, carpets stained. We complained about the apartment. They said pest control comes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Today is Friday. No reason to have so many roaches if just treated. This was my son's first apartment. Horrible experience. I'm happy I went with him because they could have easily taken advantage of his inexperience. He ended up losing the money he had put down. I highly encourage any new renter's, please DO NOT move into these apartments. You will regret it and a year is a long time to live in misery.
