We have a great experience shopping at Living Spaces. Friendly sales people and large selections. It’s a little pricier for us but we found a piece that fit the space and the budget. If you’re willing to really look until you find something then this is a good place. We placed the order in store and had it delivered home. That process went smoothly and we are now enjoying our new couch at home.

Great shopping experience with no pressure sales. We were ultimately assisted by Brittney Moreno, who did a great job at helping us finance our couch and setting up our delivery. She explained the delivery options and service agreement and did so in a polite and sincere manner. We will be back for additional bedroom furniture and are excited for the delivery of our sectional.

Charged for set up $100.00, tablet and 4 chairs, but the chairs were already put together but still paided for them. The salesman said that they would come in a box 📦 ! ! !

Brittany was awesome! She was very polite and courteous. Helped us decide what mattress and bed would be best for us. We wanted to tip her but she explained she was happy to help and refused any monitory gift. Someone please give that girl a raise!! Jack checked us out and again impressed on how great her customer service was. Thank you Living Spaces for having such great employees!!!!! Love that store even more.

Yes, we take away old mattresses at no extra charge. (We do not remove bed frames) When you complete your purchase online, there is a section for "Special Delivery Instructions" on the shipping address page. Just let us know you'd like to have your mattress removed in that section. Please note, stained or soiled mattresses are not eligible.

Yes, when our delivery personnel arrive they will deliver items into your home and assemble everything for you. However, they do not touch existing furniture and are unable to assist in the moving around of furniture already in an individual’s home.

Living Spaces Furniture (LSF) accepts returns within seven (7) days of your receipt of an item, excluding bedding products. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee on all regular stock furniture returns. Returns on Special Order items are limited to transit damage or manufacturer defect only. Special Order returns due to customer preference, no-fits or any other reason are not accepted. LSF does not accept returns on mattresses, box springs, pillows, comforter sets, or other bedding products. LSF does not charge a restock fee on accessories such as area rugs, lamps, wall art, silk trees, florals, and table and ledge accessories. LSF reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer. 1. Please contact our Guest Services team to initiate a return at 877-266-7300. 2. You will be given an RMA number which is necessary to process a return. 3. You can return the item to a Living Spaces location or you can ship the item back to Living Spaces at your expense. 4. Does delivery include removal of old furniture?

Delivery does not include removal of old furniture. The only exception is removal of old mattresses. We will remove your old mattress or foundation with the purchase of a new mattress or foundation if you notify us at the time of purchase in-store or at checkout online.

If an item is in stock and you wish to purchase today at a store location or online you will need to do a pick up on the following day. We do not sell our display pieces from our showrooms. It takes at least one (1) day for us to process and transfer items to each store. You can, however, select same day pick up at our distribution centers located in Rialto, Phoenix, and Fremont if the items are in stock.

Very very poor customer service. Spend 1 hour in the store. No one bother to hello or welcome or what are you looking for. Drop idea to buy any furniture from this store. Bitter experience with this store and staff.
