In this current car sales climate he helped make the purchasing process clear & was upfront about pricing, which I really appreciated. I received excellent service for my very first visit to Sierra Honda of Monrovia's service department. Although it was for a simple oil/filter change and tire rotation, I received First Class treatment from their long-time service advisor, Tina Ming. She was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. She conducts her work seriously, but with a big smile and great sense of humor, too! Tina offered excellent advice and she and her mechanics kept to the promised finish time. It was all a very smooth and easy service appointment and I am extremely satisfied with Tina Ming and Sierra Honda's professionalism, personal care and treatment for my first visit there. They are highly recommended! A++++
