I have lived here a month and the leasing office ladies are very pleasant and tentative to your needs. The maintenance is very polite and quick to take care of any issues and help in any way they can. I never had to wait a day to have anything I request completed. The whole staff by far is great!

Stay away from this place. When your life change Camden Properties has no sympathy for you. I had an issue all I need Camden Yorktown to do is FIX it; THEY DIDN'T NEITHER NOR DID THEY TRY. IF THEY WOULD HAVE PROPERLY, DID THEIR JOB I WOULDN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM; SO, IT WAS NEGLIGEE ON THEIR BEHALF. THEY TRIED TO FEED ME EXCUSES WHICH WHAT THEY SAID WAS NO TRUTH TO IT. WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE BECAUSE IF YOUR LIFE CHANGE CAMDEN YORKTOWN WILL NOT HELP YOU. THE GENERAL MANAGER AND CORPORATE OFFICE IS HORRIBLE. I LEFT MANY MESSAGES DID THEY CALL BACK NOPE; THEY PASSED THE BUCK TO THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WHICH SHE TRIES TO TELL ME A MUCH OF CRAMP. IF I CAN GIVE A ZERO RATING I WOULD. IF I HAD A CHOICE TO MOVE TO CAMDEN YORKTOWN OR HOMELESS; I WILL CHOSE HOMELESS.
