I’ve been living here for 3 months now and I know every location will not be perfect. This is a nice neighborhood, very quiet, nice and clean. But I have to deal with a maintenance problem every other week. I think it’s crazy for light bulbs to go out but we have to pay for them to be replaced after being told that everything was changed, my hot water gets cold and my cold water is warm, the water pressure keeps going down. Now I’m having pest issues. I have a hole in my wall and ants are EVERYWHERE! I’m having a baby on the way and her new things have ants all over them, ants are crawling in my couch, and to make matters worse I keep the house clean so it can’t be anything attracting them. I need answers on how we are going to fix this ASAP. I can not wait and be put on a list to get this issue solved. I don’t want them getting into food, clothes, etc. Please help.

Tired as ever after 10+ taxing hours of working overnight but fired up enough to write this review. It didn’t have to happen but here goes… It’s stuff like this that PMO! Returning home from my overnight weekend shift, it was just great to get over to the passenger side door to retrieve my heavy belongings, only to find I needed watch my step to avoid specks of bird droppings establishing a zip code on the soles of my Danskos. ‘Cause ‘don’t nobody got time for that’©- cleaning. Mostly working from home & holed up in my unit for the better part of the week, the bird splats weren’t readily apparent. That’s not even the peskiest part of it. After seeing the not-so-in-plain sight grounds neglect (yes, the sarcasm because ‘they’ seem notice just everything around here), I walked around to scope out about 3 other unit spaces within the building we reside in and peeped across the drives across the way. Lo and behold other neighbors’ drives are pristine with nearly, not even so much of a speck of debris. This past Winter, it was a cluster of leaves accumulated and sprinkled around the perimeter of our unit’s driveway also scattered across the shared grassy median separating the units. Back then, I pretty much let it go with a side eye and decide to wait it out to see just how long crunchy, crumbling leaves would remain piled & scattered across the drive-way. Surely could've swept it up myself but I'm not renting back here to collectively contribute to the salaries of people who are exercising arbitrary behavior. The leaves were basically left it like that for weeks. And It mattered comparable to other neighboring units, clear-of-debris drive-ways. That was pretty WLP: West Lake Petty. It's the principal. If it was apparent that we were in good company (i.e., other people’s driveways being singled out as well) I wouldn’t be posting this. But just deliberately being petty (or humor me if there's a logical explanation) for the sake of pettiness in a community space regularly boasting landscape beautification and customer cheerleading. I will give it to ‘em, generally the complex grounds are well-kept and clean. It's a nice complex, comparable to quite a few in the Cypress area. It's the little things and I'm not the one to let it be glossed over like chilled cucumber. Not one soul could say we’ve missed a beat on paying on-time rent for 5+years, bothered anyone, caused a disturbance, etc. Yet again, everyone else’s driveway in the buildings CLOSEST to the front office were consistently power washed, swept, etc. So much for a pillar of Customer Service 101: it's simple-be consistent & fair Otherwise, it's basically making a non-issue an issue that gets circulated needlessly.

We have been here since 2018. Great property; it is always well manicured. Office staff are great. They are always very professional. The lake is beautiful. Very quiet. This is a great place to live.
