67 minutes on hold and STILL waiting for someone to answer the phone. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Simple yes or no question shouldn't take this long. I'll have to find an alternative.

They blew me off twice for additional pick ups. Charges were on my bill anyways. Can’t call to get them removed because the wait time is always greater than 30 minutes. What a joke.

Waste Management no longer services the residential McHenry. You will have to check with Prairie Land.
No, transfer station in CL is open to the public. Not free though.
