Jewel-Osco has a hometown feel compared to big box stores. I noticed when I first stepped in the store. I found a employee! That not only told me where a product was, but said follow me I'll show you. I haven't felt that feeling of customer service in a long time. I true Jewel in our community!

Yes they still hold your product and no they don't ship to other states since I know due to me being an employee at a jewel
