Buying a home right now is super stressful but these guys took some of the stress out of the process. When I arrived at the house, they were already there (20 minutes early!) taking photos and inspecting the exterior of the house. They explained everything about the process and helped me to understand what they would be doing. It took about 3 hours for the inspection because of how thorough they were. They checked EVERYTHING, from the typical big stuff (roof, attic, crawl space, etc) to the smaller details (shower head sturdiness, toilet fittings, kitchen sink water temperature). I appreciate the thoroughness, especially because their inspection is what caused us to back out of that particular home purchase. The inspection wasn’t cheap, but the few hundred we spent saved us probably $20k+ in repairs, so it was absolutely worth it! The report was emailed the very next morning as promised, with photos and recommended action steps for everything. I’m really impressed with them and will be using them for any future inspections we’ll need.

I called to schedule our home inspection and the process was fast, convenient and well documented. You get everything sent to your email and can call at pretty late hours. We decided to add the sewer scoping at 9pm the night before the inspection and we got to talk to a live person! On the day of our appointment, our inspector arrived early and dove right into it. He explained every step and kept our anxiety level down. He was professional, courteous, and efficient. The report we received was thorough, contained a lot of pictures, and put our minds at ease.
