Friendly staff, amazing rooms, clean and whatever else you toy can think of. The place is top notch. Jason is amazing. You get an education on what your body is doing in response to injury, and how what he does is going to help. Great guy!

I’ve gotten a massage I was so impressed with my therapist. I had my time wrong. My therapist called me 15min into my appointment and asked if I had already signed in. I was late instead of canceling me she told me to come in! Most places would have said I have to forfeit my appointment!

I was to have my first massage appt today. I called a few days ago to make the appt and was told all the acct set up would be done when I came in. I was late getting out of work today and had to reschedule, I tried to call in but the phone rang and rang (left a VM). I called back again shortly before the appt and was rudely told that if I wanted to schedule again, I’d have to pay $90 for the missed appointment, along with paying up front for future ones. I was never told this when I scheduled over the phone, and had I known this would have scheduled for a weekend. It would have been nice to at least been told this when I scheduled, or given the option to pay up front for future visits (would have gladly done) but not pay for a service I never received. You shouldn’t enforce a policy that Customers haven’t been notified of, or signed off on. I’m partly at fault, but give someone the heads up of how it works before you start demanding money.
