As compared to other day labor places, its still all done old style, but the personal working in the office are great. They have great respect for you as a worker,r and are not condescending, (like the People Ready personal are). They take the time to get to know you, and want and value your feedback concerning work assignments.. THE BEST PART IS THEY PAY CORRECTLY AND RIGHT AWAY. Also if you do have issues about anything the resolve them quickly. ALL IN ALL, ITS A GREAT PLACE TO BE EMPLOYED.

The people there are great they always made sure I had work every day. And always where really nice . Just as long as you put In effort and don't be late , show up work hard they will make sure you will have work it's really based on your performance keep that in mind also!

I have nothing but positive comments with my experience with the Puyallup LaborWorks Office. I have worked at many other Staffing agencies, and by far my experience with LaborWorks has been the best. The application was simply, and I was offered a full-time, temp to hire job with-in 24hrs. When I do call the office my questions are answered quickly, I have found everyone there to be professional, friendly and courteous. I feel that they do care about me and my employment status. I also know they go the extra mile, when I had a issue on a Friday night after 6 pm, they stayed in the office late and the Manager contacted me herself from her home to make sure the issue was taken care of, and yes I was pretty impressed that people are giving up their time for my benefit on a Friday night. My overall impression is, Sign on with LaborWorks, get work, be on time, do a good job, and they will work hard to keep you working.
