Great staff, poor execution. This is the American health system at it's best. Drain us of our money and then wait 7 hours in an emergency room dying.

Sadly I end up here a lot due to chronic health issues and compared to other local hospitals, they’ve been the best.

I came in while pregnant and bleeding and had to wait 3 hours. I had a miscarriage in the waiting room’s bathroom. My husband asked the staff for pads, they said they didn’t have any. He asked what we should do with the fetus I passed, and they told us to throw it in the trash. We threw away our unborn child in the trash. It’s incredibly traumatic to think about. I was crying uncontrollably in the waiting room and they didn’t have tissues. I could barely hold myself together and was having a full blown panic attack and felt like I was suffocating. But a staff member walked over and rudely asked me fix my mask.
