No service. I was forgottened when the computer system went down.. I do understand things happen, but i I was forgottened and put on the bottom of the list. I saw the triage four hours after I checked in, ( The nurse didn't think I checked in) I never got mad. I was sincere.. IAnd, I have insurance. I was just frustrated and crying. ALSO, the waiting room was very dirty. I left after 9 hours waiting. SMH.

Took my husband there last night as he was having problems with his catheter, was in pain, we sat in the waiting room for six hrs with nothing said to us, watched the waiting for fill up twice, they took ev1 before us, my husband is 82 worse place ever, he was never seen. We told them we were leaving the lady said bye, very rude

My Grandmother came to the ER on doctors direct orders and waited without food, water, blanket or pillow for 20 hours before they admitted her into the hospital.
