The guy I was just on the phone was extremely rude when I asked for quote too repair my radio. I was asking him questions and he was talking too me as if I want deaf or mentally Ill Just RUDE . I will NOT being doing business with them they don’t have good phone Etiquette or good customer service . I understand if you are having a bad day but don’t transfer those negative vibes too paying customers! I would’ve gave zero stars if I could

The lady on the phone is rude and arrogant. I cant believe the never she has. She COLD CALLED us about her services and kept bragging on how she's the best and has been in business 40 years and every large dealer brings her work. I asked her a simple question about pricing and she said IM BUSY and started yelling at me. I asked if she wants to quote a price and she said, im calling to help you, I dont need the business, the call is for you. We never asked to be called. I asked why she was yelling, being rude and disrespectful and she started going off even more then hung up. All this on a cold call, thats crazy. LADY YOU CALLED US, WE DONT EVEN KNOW YOU. and if you SOOO busy, why are you calling to get more business?

Cash only. Great place. Don’t go to the dealer to fix your head unit! Terry rocks.

My vehicle is a 2005 F150 pickup. The problem I had was in my dash. It was the message center. Tried it myself but found out that it then had to be calibrated. Austin Radio... told me it would take 2 hours. Instead they called in about 30 minutes. It has worked perfectly ever since. I would trust them completely.
They might. I took my original non-working 2007 Porsche radio/CD Player/Navigation/Car settings/etc. And they fixed it. So if you have the original that's not working, maybe they can fix yours too. I struggled to find someone like them for years and they fixed it like it was no big deal. Like... This is what we do! I had a portable Bluetooth speaker which gave me something to listen to but it's not the same as my Bose sound system playing the radio or CD. Happy to have a working radio. I've only had it fixed for a week. Call them. They might have an original radio for you or can fix yours if it's broken
I don't really know about Chevy, mine is a Ford F150 2005.
