I’m trying to stay hopeful, but so far not the best experience at metro midtown for my husband and I. There are days when we love it here and other times where we feel completely let down. To start off, we were placed in a unit that smelled like cigarette smoke, scratched up floors, burnt stove top, and more. For the amount we pay in rent this was unacceptable to walk into for a “luxury apartment”. After only 3 months of living here, my cars tires were stolen and I wasn’t the only resident this happened to. I feel disappointed and unsafe parking my vehicle here that I worked so hard for. As residents, we deserve so much better. My apartment should be a place of comfort not stress. Pros: Amazing location, friendly residents, and nice staff. There is new management who have brought in a great new atmosphere and team. cons: lack of security and safety. Sometimes the gate is open and anyone can simply come in by walking or driving in after another car. The hallways are dirty, and there are areas of the apartment that need retouching and landscaping.

For the price I wouldn’t say it’s worth it. Even with the location. With new management I was hoping for something different? Unfortunately, not the case. Power outages, vandalism in the gated garage, portions of the complex closed to resident access randomly as well as poor waste disposal even though residents are required to pay per month. **when power does go out the lobby wifi is unusable to professionally work off of. When paying 18k/year minimum to live here, Im not sure I would consider it.

Thank you so much to the whole new team taking over the management for being so professional, smiling all the time and give a whole different atmosphere to this building! Jazzmine, Veronica and Claudio are a delight to deal with and it a 100% better than before! They made sure everything is clean all the time and they brought a nice atmosphere to the lobby

Yes!, we're happy to inform you that we have state of the art fitness center.
No furniture, just appliances like the fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer. They have a site or you can just go Monday to Saturday till 5:00 pm and Sunday till 3:00 pm I think.
