I've been coming here for 7-8 years. This used to be the best Pho in the 6-10 loop, and inexplicably sometimes it's still good so perhaps their original cook works some days but others it is legitimately bad. But ever since COVID when they became short staff everything has suffered especially the food. Tastes like they've cut back on ingredients because the broth is thin, not flavorful, poorly spiced, just all around poor quality. Pho Saigon, if you are cutting corners, seriously, stop before you ruin your reputation.
