Extremely satisfied with the great staff at this location. Marx, Savid , and Angola were so amazing. Marx was extremely helpful on the phone and got what i needed in minutes. When arriving to the office all 3 staff were very nice and prompt with getting my rental reservation done quickly. I do recommend this location.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! I reserved a “Ford Transit Wagon or similar” February 3rd, 2022 to pick up on June 11th, 2022 to take on our family vacation. I called on Wednesday, June 15th and talked to John (who was not friendly, and seemed annoyed I was calling) to confirm that all was ok, because I know these vehicles aren’t the most popular vehicles to rent and can’t be easily replaced and this is why I am calling I don’t want any surprises. He said all was good, that they closed at noon (when I had my pick up reservation time) and I said I was aware and that I would be there early. 4:00pm Friday afternoon of the 10th I get a phone call from someone else at the Pine Ridge location telling me they didn’t have the vehicle that I reserved and was offering me other SUV or minivan options. I said no, there is a reason why I reserved such a large vehicle 4 months in advance and giving me notice less than 24 hours before I was supposed to pick up my vehicle is unacceptable especially when I called 3 days prior to make sure! He put me on hold for a few minutes, said they would work on it and give me a called back. I NEVER (to this day) have received a call back from this location, and I tried calling them back. I called corporate that evening as I was panicking that my family wouldn’t have a vehicle to take on vacation and they reserved me a van at the Bonita location. I could at least sleep that night. I received a call from Bryn from the Bonita location at 7:57am (when that location doesn’t even open until 9am!!) to let me know she saw that I had booked for that same vehicle the evening before, but that they didn’t have it to rent to us and offered me some other options. I told her my situation and also said I needed to talk to the rest of my family and I’d get back to her. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find us a 15 passenger van and SAVED our family vacation, when I haven’t even heard back from this location of guys who’s costumer service was HORRIBLE. If you need to rent something, go to Bryn in Bonita. The drive is WORTH IT. This Enterprise location needs to be shut down.

They have a variety you can look at online to get an idea. They typically in my experience try to upgrade you at no cost to you but in the end, it is costly as in gas usually. That has always been my case anyway. They also have many locations to rent from so be sure you are at the correct one because they will not accommodate either that has also been my case.

There are always deals on any website. Cheapest would be a small car. You can get daily to weekly rates.
