Experience was great. I was seen very quickly and out in about an hour. Needed stitches. Doctor and nurses were all professional. I hope I don’t have to visit again.

Upon arrival, I receive white glove treatment. The staff is very attentive and took great care of me.

My experience at Lakewood Emergency Room was seamless. I arrived in the middle of the night in severe pain due to a kidney stone, and they had me placed in a room within a few minutes of my arrival. Everyone there was very calm and reassuring, and they got me out of pain ASAP. And the place was spotlessly clean. Very thankful these stand-alone ERs exist, and for the wonderful staff who took care of me.

Hi Leslie, unfortunately we are unable to accept any type of government insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare and Tri-Care. We would love to support our nation's military by accepting Tri-Care. However, under federal law free-standing emergency centers cannot accept Medicare or Medicaid because they are not a part of a hospital system.
