Manager is rude even hung up on me when I asked for information on my car that was towed just this morning. He wanted to argue with me that the car was gone over 45 days ago did not ask for him just make and model, which could go for any number of cars. When I informed him I have a tracker locator on my car he told me I did not know what company I was calling even though you can clearly Google the address and phone number I told him I tracked it to his location that's when he hung up on me while I was speaking. They just want to keep cars and claim they don't have them without even checking. Terrible business!

To the best of my ability,for as I know once your car is repo and get to lot the yard guys use lock out set to enter your car so that your belongings will not come up missing also take pictures of everything they take out car and put them on file so that something does happen in your case the office has proof ,now far as the key goes the key guy come by the office everyday ,so to answer your question no one stole anything out of car,maybe you misplaced somewhere once you clam down you might find your items that you are looking for....
Call your bank. The people here are not very helpful and just want to rip you off
