They are one of the worth ER in Az they just want to make any one wait more than 4 hours. My dad blood pressure was 199/96 and they still made him wait 4 hours and he decided to leave because the er had more than 20 other pt and in our 4 houses of waiting only one pt was taking inside. If they don’t have doctors to help pt they should hire more and help more people they just want people to walk out. I see how they tell people that they don’t have beds in the ER but they do and I see how lazy they are I hope someone responsible read this comment because pt should not be treated like this and they should know how much this pt didn’t want to come to the ER but they had to.

I'm sorry you had a longer wait than you were expecting. Hospitals take as many people back as they can. There are a hundred reasons that you may have been left in the waiting room longer including but not limited to much more severe cases, short staffing, or even the main hospital being full and holding patients in the ER until a bed opens up. The ER is a very uncomfortable place to wait in any hospital, but I hope the area was at least bearable. Is there anything I can do to advocate for you to add to the experience in the future?
2 hours wait time, walked in at 5:45 PM, Wednesday, only 3 other people in there. Pitiful.
