Their customer service is lacking bad. They are a rip off. They over charge on their prices big-time. Thank God for the internet. What we used to have to order from them we can now get ourselves. The only reason to stop at this orielly's is b/c we are in the sticks and sometimes need something at that moment. Other than that I try to get my stuff in cal Allen.

Excellent service!!!!! Needed a couple of batteries for my rv, stopped in first thing in the morning while passing through town w/ my rv. We were in and out within 10 minutes. O'Reilly is the only place we shop for parts.
