Finding a RV-park for a reasonable rate is not easy. We found The Boardwalk MHP. It suited our needs, in the middle of the Keys, Everglades and Miami. The park itself is ok. Most residential families. A swimmingpool. Nice huge trees for a little shade. The cleanness of the park is not good. In the bathroom everywhere lots of toiletpaper and dirty toilets. However it is not permitted people are eating in the pool aera some having a complete party leaving half the trash behind. Al in all cleaning needs a higher priority. But so far ok for our week stay.

Good morning, it all depends on how long you are going to last, sometimes they allow you to last up to 6 months, you should talk to them so that you can access better, and about the payment they vary, I am not sure if it is from 600-700 onwards, you should go So that give you better information... today it is open from 8 am to 5 pm from mon-fri

There is 668 for a 30 ft RV of 30 amp consumption including taxes. Only electricity is separate. Lucky

Boardwalk is a pretty clean park with a nice pool, when it is open. One major caution. Their roads are a narrow 10' wide with trees on both sides, and spaces are at a 90 degree angle. I will not go there again with my 38' 5th-wheel. No one over 26-28' should even try ... even if the park sends a 23 year old kid who has never parked an RV himself willing to help you park. Thank goodness my wife was on the other side and saved me by about 3" from hitting a tree as he was directing my backing in.

Yes they do allow pets. I had a golden retriever & dalmatian. I provided updated shot records. No problems.
