Staff has always been courteous and helpful. On this trip they didn't have a standard item (wheel bearing grease) but substituted with a more premium item for no additional charge. I really appreciate the help!

Just walked into this store - which says it opens at 7:30, had the open sign on and all the lights on. The bald man at the front laid into me they weren't open, I politely apologized and said I would come back and he said it was fine. I grabbed my batteries within 5 seconds, he told me I should've gone "across the street" to buy them. Rude staff, unclear if they're open or not, felt like they didn't want my business. Update your Google and turn your open sign off if you don't want to work or have business!

Spent 70$ on windshield wipers. They said they couldn’t change them bc they were short staffed, there were 3 people working in the store & no customers. It takes 2 minutes. Went to bothell & they were helpful & did it in 2 minutes

The crew at Woodinville O'Reilly's are super nice and helpful. I had an issue with my truck and they were eager to help solve the problem. A huge shout out to Spencer who went above and beyond! Truly good people!!!
