Management very unprofessional no care of it’s employees whatsoever as long as they have a body they don’t care. I told a supervisor I was getting over Covid and still vomiting he told me just come in that way someone is there or send a doctors note on a Saturday and I wasn’t sick to the point I just had to sit hours in the ER for them. No proper communication at all no a trustworthy company to work for.

WAS a great place to work...until I did something exactly as I was supposed to do (escalate a client problem, when I could not appease). This was a problem bc the person I needed to assist me had a main goal in life of getting out of as much work as possible. Humans w/ any kind of power, often use it to target others & make them examples, to scare the other humans into doing as they're told. No matter how hypocritical or asinine those instructions may be. Guess that's why I no longer work for other people, but WITH them. Aloha!

NVT staffing has their picks and chooses on whom they want to give permanent work to! I had worked for them from 2012-2013 on a consistent basis, I NEVER called out of my assignment until I was a year with the company and Kelly did not like it! I could not believe it after one year of commitment they gave me a warning for calling out to say I was running late only once! In addition I was offered three times by three different companies to work for them permanently and they did not want to accept the offer for me! Of course NVT has to approve when a company want to basically buy an employee if you haven't worked an assignment for a certain amount of hours. I was very frustrated I felt like they wanted to keep me as a temp, so I had decided to leave the company after a year and a half, I stuck in there but they have specific people who they want for specific things and I did not like that at all!!!!! Overall the experience was interesting. There is no training and you have to develop a relationship with the companies that you're assigned to. There's frequent assignments, and the pay is decent for the retired, college student, or young adult straight out of high school.
