Drove all over the place trying to find a particular wheel bolt for my derby car because places would tell me they had what I needed because they either didn't pay attention to what I was looking for or because they didn't check their inventory even after being told where I'd be driving from. I called this store out of frustration after calling and driving to close to two dozen parts stores. I gave them the specifications for what I needed over the phone and they understood the terminology and specifications. Drove 70+ miles to this store but I was more than happy to do so because the staff were knowledgeable and got stuff done in a timely fashion
