Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Useless and will never help fix any issues you have. I’ve had multiple issues with this bank for years, i finally had enough after they changed my account number without telling me which caused a load of issues on my end with my direct deposit. You also have to jump through hoops for EVERYTHING. I’m pulling everything out and changing banks.

Things have certainly changed since this bank switched from SJFCU. I used to get annoyed when the fraud department called all the time or denied charges for security, but I knew it was for my safety. Now, they don’t detect anything. They allowed 4 charges from the same thief while 6 of my other financial institutions (credit cards & TD bank) detected it right away & made the process of recovering the one charge that did get thru seamless. First Harvest should be ashamed. And to make matters worse, three weeks later & they still haven’t returned my money. As soon as this is all resolved, I will be closing my account after 20+ years. My money isn’t safe here.

Have been calling to change my address for over a month. I have been on the phone for as long as 1hour and a half. I didn't want to make an appointment because that will take weeks. I have had so many problems with my account that I am ready to close my account. Been there since 1976. Customer service sucks.

Henry, Our drive thru is open until 5:00pm Monday - Friday and 9:00am - 12:00pm on Saturday. We do accept deposits in our drive-up ATM 24 hours a day.
Manasou, our members are able to make mobile check deposits up to $1,500. For larger deposits, several of our ATMs have deposit capabilities and accept any amount. Thank you for being a member!

Tanya, a checking account can be opened without a minimum balance. We do require that our members first open a Savings account, which has a $25 minimum balance and a $10 one-time membership fee.
