First and foremost, Olive Garden is one of my favorite restaurants. I try to stop at Olive Garden whenever I find one because the food is usually amazing. I stopped in this location in Bloomington and it was not up to expectations. The service was horrible. Outside the person who greeted us coming in and one of the three employees sitting near the door visiting with each other, there was not a single piece of evidence they wanted customers. The waitress/server ignored us three separate times. First, we ordered a chicken Alfredo and got fettuccine Alfredo instead. We didn't complain. It happens. My son said he did not want cheese on his soup and she put some much cheese we were a bit put off. Our final issue was her overall rudeness. I get that jobs can be rough. We can all have a bad day. I just didn't feel like we were wanted there and for the price we paid it was a terrible experience. The bread sticks were hard as the bricks used to erect the buildging. I will not eat here at this location again.

Our experience started off amazing! Our waitress was fabulous and immediately brought us extra breadsticks. We were so impressed with how busy she was and how attentive she was that we were going to give her our weekly Covid tip (we choose someone once a week to give a huge tip to as a thank you for working). Well, it quickly went downhill. She never came to check on us after our food was brought. There wasn't near enough sauce on my alfredo, so the noodles were sticky and dry. My husband's chicken in his alfredo was legit grisly, we didnt get a single refill until 10 minutes before we left and she never brought us a single refill on the "unlimited" breadsticks. Then we asked for a box and it took another 10 minutes. There was even extra food on our bill that we had to wait for them to take off. Needless to say, our weekly Covid tip is still up for grabs and I'm sad I didnt get any breadsticks with my slightly tasteless leftovers today! **update** we went again in april 2022 and the service and food are still not amazing!

What are the hours of operation for Olive Garden? Olive Garden hours vary by location. Please find your nearest restaurant to see hours of operation. Lunch is served Monday through Friday until 3pm. Our practice is to serve our dinner menu all day on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. As a courtesy to guests who ask, we will provide a lunch menu at any time. There are some regional variations.
They are doing a soft opening this weekend and will open fully on Monday March 2nd. My family ate there last night and it was amazing.

Nope. All I can say is if you get a to go order check it as they can't seem to get orders right.
