Overall, I’ve had pretty good luck here, just be aware that manning shortages impact them just like everywhere else. Everyone seems to really try to do their best to help you and mean well. I’ve had a few specialty appointments, a procedure, as well as have gone to the ER a few times as well. It’s been clean every time I’ve been there. Not always super fast service but that’s military healthcare for you. You need to stay on top of them at times to call you back or do whatever followup action items are needed. I’ll agree with others that the pharmacy is ridiculously slow. So I fill my prescriptions elsewhere if I can.

This is the absolute worst hospital ever! If you have the option go anywhere else! The ob/gyn clinic is a joke. They consistently cancel my wife’s appointments and don’t tell her. They do not care about the mother at all

Either understaffed or no help, had a recent procedure that left me on quarters and no mobility to anywhere, called the clinic i had the surgery through about some concerns post surgery best i could get was a phone call 9 days later which is a day after my quarters is supposed to be up. Going to have to call ER because my issue takes place now not 9 days from now. Unhelpful

We were there at the Emergency room on the 23RD of SEPTEMBER at night. There were three women (hospital staff) sitting at the reception desk, with no masks on. One patient ask if he had to wear it, and the ladies replied,” yes, it’s required.” So, he puts his on, & asked them “where are yours?” & the ladies replied back, “oh, we are special.” Then, another lady walked in, & was told very rudely by these front desk women she needed the mask, while smirking and making snark remarks to patients. It was horrible to watch!! It was so sad to see how badly they disrespected the patients just because they were in a certain position to do so. I brought my mask because it was the right setting for it. So, I assumed I needed it, & didn’t receive any remarks (good or bad), personally. I watched and observed how the hospital Staff humiliated their patients and thoroughly enjoyed it. So sad! I never ever expected such cheap behavior in an army hospital! I was truly shocked! The sad part of this whole situation is that the soldiers do not have a choice to go somewhere else, even if they were disrespected like this. They just endured the abuse!

"First" floor on the east side of the hospital. The SFCC has two windows hiding by the stairs before Starbucks. There is two booths to use to fill out the required paperwork before going to the window.
That is where they go. Thanks for caring!!
You should call the facility to verify their hours.
Yes there is, but they see only active duty military. Chiro is not covered for dependents.
I really doubt they go that far back. Everything in the Army has an until date in which it is either destroyed or archived somewhere else. In some cases it may be with the VA. You may also check with the hospital's patient administration division which may be able to possibly point you in the right direction. Sorry I could not be more helpful with your question. Good luck in your search.
Really think you can get a answer for that on here
On the west side of the hospital, there is a parking lot labeled Family soldier clinic.
No

Eh, maybe if you aren't the soldier..
I believe you can. However, there's a specific bldg where they set up for the flu shot. The bldg is close to the iron horse gym
Evans Army Community Hospital hosts its annual Flu Vaccine Clinic Oct. 22-26 from 9 a.m to 5 p.m. and Oct. 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Special Events Center.
If it's from an outside provider they should accept it
If you come in with an ambulance I'm sure you'll be assigned to a room faster than the people waiting in the wait room. The waiting room was empty, but I had to wait around 10 minutes, it took hours to get the proper care we needed though.(We only had to be checked for a rash and get prescribed to treat it) So don't bother read the other reviews and youll understand.
