This place refuses to help our adult son because he’s on a Medicaid plan they don’t take. He’s a chronic alcoholic with memory impairment. He walks all over the neighborhood from dawn to dusk. Picks up cigarette butts off the street. Lost his job of 20 years, lost his home, wife and kids. Mixes up memories from long ago with present situations. We’re desperately trying to get him the help he needs, to no avail. I’m so disgusted with our healthcare system, especially mental health. No body cares.

I had went in during the visitation hours to see my aunt, I understand the bad review because every visit was not the best. This time I had a great experience seeing my loved one, the caregiver Silali I believe her name was showed great care and patients to my loved one which made me feel like she was being well taken care of. I hope to see more of their staff like this.

Showed no compassion or concern. Patient was seen and was told they would be called within 48 hours to schedule outpatient program. NO call, NO information. Patient called to find out what was happening and was asked to leave a message. They said some one would call within 24 hours. Certainly a hospital treating people with anxiety would be expected to respond before 3 days to someone reaching out to them for help. I am beyond disappointed and angry. Going to another hospital to be treated and I would caution you not to use this one.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was having a severe reaction to one of the psych meds my physiatrist prescribed me, my parents called the doctor and told them to take me here. As soon as we got there (middle of the night) not a single person knew what to do. At first they stuck me in a class room to “calm down”, I was actively trying to strangle myself. Then then took me to a different room where they locked my parents outside the door , had 5 huge male workers hold me down to the ground, some of the men hit me so hard I had a huge bump on the back of my head and bruises all over my body. This was all happening while my parents are trying to break down the door to get me. A lady then injected me with a medicine to calm me down. One I passed out they moved me to a different room where I woke up in the dark strapped to a table with a lady staring at me. They wouldn’t even let me use the bathroom, I had to go on myself. After that they showed me around the facility, while walking around I saw a boy, he could obviously tell I was terrified, so he tried to talk to me and tell me it was going to get better, reassuring me. That was the only time I felt comforted. The staff then yelled at that kid for talking to me and made him go away. I was there for about 3 days, all against mine and my parents will. They would not let my parents take me home. Before going there I have some anxiety but it was manageable. After going there I now have PTSD, extreme fear of men, severe social anxiety and more. All of the over a simple reaction to medication.Whatever you do please, DO NOT GO HERE!!

It's in any room 2 or more alcoholics are gathered for the purpose of sobriety. (And they have no other affiliation)
Depends on the unit of the person you want to visit. I suggest calling the unit to find out.
No offense picture on clothes shorts have to be to the knees, no leggings that are skin tight hoodies are ok without string
