Terrible experience. They left my uncle for a week without changed sheets or any type of bath. They do not communicate with each other properly, you'll rarely get a call back, and most of the staff (including the doctor) get very defensive and rude when you express concerns. Don't hesitate to call patient advocacy, this is what they are there for. Make sure you talk to them though. They had someone else return their call to me and she was just as pompous, I had to call back the next day. Also, she never replied to the email she requested I send (her reply below) so that really goes to show that they couldn't care less about the people they supposedly "service".

Do not ever go with your children to this hospital specially if it is an emergency . My 2 month old son and I went because he was having issues breathing. they did literally nothing the lady at front was rude I wish I can remember her name but she was working on 10/16/2022 night shift. They did not take care of our baby. We waited for 2 hours !!! And nothing. Seriously I think if they do that to a newborn imagine what they can do with a regular patient they easily can let you die there. we ended up going to another hospital . I will make responsible the lady and hospital for any complications and the negligence . Poor service .

I just delivered my child here and I CANNOT POSSIBLY say enough positive things about the L&D, NICU, and Mother/Baby staff. The nurses were kind, accommodating, and their expertise saved my son's life. It's such a feat to not only provide a luxury birth experience, but to also provide top-of-the-line medical care in a very scary situation. Thank you THANK YOU Texas Health Frisco!

Very unprofessional place to get care i was discharged from the hospital emergency room had a security guard follow me out the door not telling me why he was following he asked me to exit the building and I could not wait in the lobby even though I was seen then comes back ask to see my discharge papers asked me why I didn't have a ID to prove I was the patient I said I was then says you need a ID to be seen in the er next time... i will never go back there again thanks to a rent a cop

The best thing to do is to reach out to your insurance they would provide a directory of places you can use the insurance. Good luck
Right now has limitations in the building, but I will ask the nurse staff more about the rules and changes
