You know when you walk in somewhere and you feel like you’re not worthy enough to shop there based on the service.. or lack there of.. Yeah that’s how I felt. Then when checking out, I get the condescending, “you can’t even donate a dollar?” To the breast cancer awareness fund. I choose to donate my cancer research money to the cancer my momma passed from last year. Now I feel degraded for choosing not to donate today. Overall, how I was asked to donate was very condescending, and rude. After I said no and explained why, she would no longer speak or look me in the eyes. That whole experience just shows the level of service provided. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

Stopped by real quick today to grab some primer and to check out a new perfume that hit the shelves. Taylyn was super kind to ask other representatives to check around and to survey the shelves with me. She also patiently listened to a complaint that I occasionally experience here at this specific location. Made my shopping experience great today - enough to leave a review 😊 thank you Taylyn!
