I can't speak on other doctors there but Dr Miranda is hands down the absolute best! He listens to everything you have to say and asks questions. Then he ordered images to be taken and Physical Therapy. I had been through a lot by the time I was sent to him but he has done his best to help me. I don't feel like I'm just going to see any ol' doctor when I go to see Dr M. Thank you for hearing me out and helping me Dr M!

I have severe pain constantly & it’s well documented. Earlier this year one of the Nurse Practitioners told me Tramadol was designed for cancer patients. I never went back. I hurt too badly to allow someone to waste my time, frustrate me & insult my intelligence. Tramadol does not stop pain well but it’s better than nothing. It’s sad how people are treated simply because they are truly hurting but must,suffer,the consequences for those who abuse the medication. At some point we have to do something. We always go to the extreme to correct a problem and end up over-correcting & creating a new problem. Doctors are now afraid to help their patients but it would much more beneficial if they advocated for patients suffering from legitimate illnesses that are extremely painful. I’m thinking of going before the medical board & getting political figures involved because this has become extremely ridiculous & overwhelming for many of us that don’t have a lot of options to control pain. I live in a recliner & move around on a walker and I’m only 46 years old. JPS created my back injury 27 years ago delivering my first child. I have suffered far too long!

This place needs a serious overhaul. My family member spoke with Dr on last Thursday and stated he was sending a prescription for Lyrica over to the Walmart on 161. One week later the prescription is still not there. After calling Luna and practically acting like I lost my mind we find out that the prescription was sent to a jail pharmacy. Why? No one has been incarcerated and we were told several times the script was sent to Walmart. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Absolutely unorganized and very unhelpful when someone is dealing with pain. Streamline this mess and make it a pleasant interaction for humans dealing with PAIN to go through. If you need some ideas you are more than welcome to contact me. I can help with getting this obscene showcase of a business together. By the way, hire an additional person to help move the darn referrals as well. Sickened to know that your company is working on referrals from May and we are now approaching the middle of July. Sheesh this isn’t rocket science is it?
