I have always felt that the people who treat me at the Ft Worth location always had my care as a priority. From the Doctor to the PA's all the Nurses and even the office personnel are always professional, friendly and show concern for my well-being

You need to have your primary care doctor send a referral to them. They require one even if your insurance doesn’t. Their fax number is 817-741-0805. Their new patient coordinator will have the doctors review the information and call you to make an appointment. I would call them if you haven’t heard from them within a week. Their phone number is 817-741-0800.

You get treated like a druggy. I don't do anything. Been going for years but if they don't help when you need them. Why would i go. Dr. Dang
