We chose Desert Alarm from our list of providers and quotes based on the ability to work with out existing system we had when we bought our house. From a competitive price point to their excellent customer service we are very happy with our choice. A few bumps on the road to success, at first a few equipment failures based on our aging equipment they quickly made it right. Replacing hardware at no cost to ensure they made the situation better. The equipment they replaced what not theirs but a competitors hardware and they came out twice to replace what was needed. Based on this we are very pleased from sales to installation, with our decision.
