I attempted to purchase Starbucks Nespresso Pods today along with other items. The last time I purchased them I used my Beyond+ and another $20 promotional coupon. I was told that the promotional coupon could not be used for the coffee purchase, but she did credit me with the Beyond+ 20% discount. Not so today, I was informed that my Beyond+ could not be used for Starbucks coffee pods. Of course they don't tell you that until you get to the register after waiting several minutes in line. I left my items on the counter and walked out. Coffee savings was the main reason I subscribed to Beyond+ and now I find out I can't even use it for this purpose. I just cancelled my subscription and am done shopping a BB&B. They are not a bargain, even with the promotional gimmicks.

Maribel, the manager at this location, was probably one of the rudest human beings I have ever met in my life. She first lied to me about the return policy when I tried to returned an UNOPENED kitchen gadget that was a simple $10 then when I asked for the manager she stated “I can do what I want and refuse any returns”. There were other such rude remarks from this lady that I will NEVER probably shop at this company again. When I asked for her name because she didn’t have a name tag on… she said why. UNBELIEVEABLE someone like this person works in customer service. She was also very rude to the customer before me. No hello or anything. Just “please swipe your card”. I hope she gets terminated soon.

My wife likes this place, I think it's a bit too expensive. But now a day's what place isn't expensive,.... right?
