My mom went to get her first passport today , she wasn’t sure what to do and didn’t know we needed to fill out paper work ,so we were hoping that the lady would be able to help us . She told is that she would only help one person when we scheduled two people . Than she rudely told us we had to move because we are in the way of other customers when no one was in there . her attitude was awful and unnecessary. Totally unacceptable to be rude to someone when it’s your job, and she continued to mutter when we walked away . Please tell your employee’s it is their job to help us when customers are applying for passports especially first time .

These people can't understand that I have lived here for 4 years and send checks back to sender as undeliverable. But I keep getting mail for a woman that has moved to Serbia and I told them to not put her mail in my mailbox. Everyday her mail is there and my mail goes back to addressee.

Called customer service to have package redelivered. The woman I was speaking pleasantly with immediately started yelling at me, sounded drunk, and said I had ro pick it from the post office. I told her that was not possible. She, whilst slurring, swore at me interrupted me and told me no I need to pick it up in the most rude manner imaginable.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Line went really quick and I have to admit this Post Office is one of the nicest, cleanest I have ever been in!
