I have been in this store twice within the last 30 days and I have been ignored and avoided by the staff. My most recent visit Briana was the only one to even acknowledge me and offer assistance. She was great and very helpful. I even heard one of the associates get asked if she contacted me and answered yes I did. When she never did. It was frustrating. I had to find someone to open the fitting rooms and the opened it without saying a word and promptly left. It made me feel unwelcome. Again if it wasn't for Briana I would have decided to not return. Quite frankly I don't trust the staff would want to help. The clothes are great and the styles are wonderful the service just sucks.
